Return & Exchange Policy

For hygienic reasons, these made-to-order Custom Hospital, HI-LOW, Sleep to Stand, Rehab, Medical, Bariatric & Therapy Beds are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Once your order is processed, your bed will immediately enter production, at which time all orders are final and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Depending on the product, we do allow, in approved cases and for specific products, an exchange or refund 30 days after purchase. In these cases, the products must be new, unopened (sealed), and in the original box to qualify for a return authorization. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to our factory docks. There will also be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund, which will be processed after the item has been received in perfect condition and thoroughly inspected.

In the unlikely event the item has been damaged in transit, SlumberSource.com will immediately address having that item fixed or replaced from the factory.

Alternating Pressure, Rehab/Medical/Bariatric/Therapy Mattresses are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygienic reasons.
