Return and Exchange Policy
For Hygienic Reasons - These made to order Custom Hospital, HI-LOW, Sleep to Stand, Rehab, Medical, Bariatric & Therapy Beds are not eligible for return refund or exchange. Once your order is processed, your bed will immediately enter production, upon at which time all orders are final and are Not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Depending on the product, we do allow in approved cases and for specific products an exchange or refund 30 days after purchase. In these cases, the products must be new, unopened (sealed) and in the original box to qualify for a return authorization. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to our factory docks. There will also be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund which will be processed after the item has been received in perfect condition and thoroughly inspected.
